Seeing Shark push LED beyond a single face format, and looking at how Sephora already spans patches, skincare and beauty devices, made me think of your range again.
The opportunity I see is a smaller targeted-light format + refill — easier to test than another big device, while giving the same platform room to grow into more formulas, use areas and repeat-purchase ideas later.
