On the occasion of International Earth Day, Zadig&Voltaire looks back on 4 years of commitment to biodiversity and natural resources.
Since 2021, through its VoltAIRe program, the House has structured its biodiversity approach around 4 key areas: 100% product and packaging traceability, sourcing certified raw materials, zero deforestation in the supply chain, and the development of recycled materials.
Nearly 4 years after the launch of VoltAIRe, thanks to the mobilization of our teams and partners, the House has achieved very concrete results: 99% certified organic cotton, 100% responsibly-raised wool and cashmere, 100% packaging made from traced, certified or recycled fibers, nearly 90% viscose from certified or controlled sources, and finally, over 60% recycled or reused polyester.
Because we are convinced of the importance of collective commitment in accelerating our approach, last year we chose to partner with Canopy, an NGO committed to forest preservation. Thanks to this collaboration, 100% of the House's viscose manufacturers respect Canopy's commitments, 80% of which are ranked among the leaders in their sector.
A lasting commitment, collection after collection, to preserving biodiversity.
